This is proven from research that ballet dance can make your brain as you change your routine.
This is just a saying that “Practice makes a man perfect,” but the new research says this is just more than a proverb, which is correct.
After the fMRI scans of brains, ballet dancers have more ability to learn things. It was found that after ballet dancing for seven weeks, a good change was noticed in the brain areas compared to the first week.
Professional ballet dancers’ fMRI brain scans were examined by researchers to better understand how learning affects the brain over time.
Compared to the first week of rehearsals, they discovered that practicing and performing at seven weeks resulted in significant brain activity when picturing the dance being learnt.

Researchers discovered that when learning a new skill, human brain activity follows an inverted “U” learning pattern, beginning slowly, picking up speed at the halfway point, and then slowing back down once the skill has been acquired.
The cortical regions may still be very much involved, notwithstanding these findings.
These regions’ neurons may now be more efficient, have different connection weights, or have combined their efficiency.
Studies have proved that an apparent change in some brain regions came after ballet practice. The changes include the neuroplasticity changes that are mainly associated with learning.
