Instrument Storage Service Agreement

  1. Storage Duration and Fees:

    1.1 The instrument shall be stored by Melodica for the specified duration and term as agreed upon in the quotation.

    1.2 The Customer agrees to pay the full amount specified in the quotation. Full payment is required in advance.

    1.3 Failure to pay the storage fee on time may result in the termination of this Agreement.

    1.4 The Customer must provide one (1) week advance notice to extend the storage period.

    1.5 All prices, terms and conditions may be subject to change on the end of this Agreement.

    1.6 If the stored instrument surpasses the agreed-upon storage period by more than six (6) months, ownership of the instrument will be deemed to transfer to Melodica.

  2. Inspection and Condition:

    2.1 Melodica shall conduct a thorough inspection of the above-mentioned instrument upon receipt. The instrument’s condition, including any existing damages or issues, shall be documented in writing, and shared with the Customer. The Customer shall review the inspection report and sign as an acknowledgment of the instrument’s condition at the beginning of the storage period.

    2.2 Any pre-existing damage or issues shall be noted in the inspection report, and both parties agree that Melodica shall not be liable for any damage or issues that were present before the instrument was placed in storage.

  3. Care and Responsibility:

    3.1 During the storage period, Melodica shall exercise due care and diligence in maintaining the instrument in a secure and controlled environment.

    3.2 Melodica shall not use the instrument for any purpose other than storage and shall not permit access to the instrument by any unauthorized persons.

    3.3 Melodica shall take all necessary precautions to prevent damage, theft, or loss of the instrument. In the event of theft or loss due to the negligence of Melodica, Melodica shall be held responsible for the replacement or repair of the instrument.

  4. Termination

    4.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach or any term or condition of this Agreement.

  5. Unforeseen Circumstances:

    5.1 Melodica shall not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, theft, or any events beyond its control, that may lead to damage, theft, or loss of the instrument.

  6. Governing Law:

    6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates..
