Terms and Conditions
- All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
- Cancellation must be in writing at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellation and freezing is not applicable on the BASIC package.
- Packages can only be frozen with advance written notice.
- Package expiry should not exceed duration unless eligible for freezing.
- Grace period of packages can only be used for freezing and not for make-up lessons.
- For group music lessons,students will be assessed and assigned to a group of the relevant skill level.
- If a student misses a group music lesson, it is at the discretion of the teacher if the student will rejoin the same group, take a private music lesson (At an additional cost) to catch-up or automatically assigned to another group, if available.
